Good morning my Brothers & Sisters,

Yesterday afternoon International Third District rep Gil Hiem observed Statewide Election Vice Chair Dave Albrect and I conduct the vote tally at our unit office in Fairfield. Brother Luke Frank's motion to amend Local 827's bylaws and Brother Bill Laing's motion to amend Luke Frank's motion both failed statewide. Here's the breakdown by Unit and then a statewide total. 

Unit 1 Hudson

Unit 2 Raritan

Frank  Yes=27  No=15

Unit 3 Central
