AT&T Contract Extension

Wage Administration

  • Effective June 26, 2022 Basic Weekly Wage Rates will be increased by 4.00%.
  • Effective June 25, 2023 Basic Weekly Wage Rates will be increased by 4.00%.
  • Effective June 23, 2024 Basic Weekly Wage Rates will be increased by 2.50%.

*A potential 6/23/24 Wage COLA increase of up to .75% when combined with the contractual base wage increase that year could equate to a 3.25% wage (maximum) increase in 2024.
*In addition to the potential COLA wage increase described above, a potential 2024 COLA Lump Sum payment of up to an additional .75% may also be possible depending on the rate of inflation from December 2022 through December 2023.

  • Effective June 22, 2025 Basic Weekly Wage Rates will be increased by 3.00%
  • Effective June 21, 2026 Basic Weekly Wage Rates will be increased by 3.00%
  • When compounded the raises equal 17.6% plus the COLA adjustment.

Pension Band Increases Where Applicable 

  • 1% effective January 1, 2023.
  • 1% effective January 1, 2024.
  • 1% effective January 1, 2025.
  • 1% effective January 1, 2026.
  • 1% effective January 1, 2027.

Medical Benefits:

  • Retained current plan coverages.
  • Negotiated a first time ever Fertility benefit.
  • Additional Option 3 now available with different cost structure.
  • For the first time, newly hired employees will enjoy most benefits from day one of employment.
  • Tobacco Use Medical Contribution of $75 begins in 2024 unless employee enrolls in the Tobacco Cessation Program.
  • Cost increases were stabilized and in some instances reduced.  
  • Annual Out-of-pocket maximums starting in 2023 were lowered from 2022 amounts.

Option 1

Option 1 - Monthly Contributions:

  • 2023 - $168 individual, $441 family.
  • 2024 - $176 individual, $460 family.
  • 2025 - $185 individual, $484 family.
  • 2026 - $195 individual, $510 family.
  • 2027 - $204 individual, $536 family.

Option 1 - Annual deductibles for network providers will be:

  • 2023 - $900 individual, $1,800 family.
  • 2024 - $950 individual, $1,900 family.
  • 2025 - $1,000 individual, $2,000 family.
  • 2026 - $1,050 individual, $2,100 family.
  • 2027 - $1,000 individual, $2,200 family.

Option 1 - Out-of-pocket maximums for network providers will be:

  • 2023 - $3,750 individual, $7,500 family.
  • 2024 - $4,000 individual, $8,000 family.
  • 2025 - $4,200 individual, $8,400 family.
  • 2026 - $4,400 individual, $8,800 family.
  • 2027 - $4,600 individual, $9,200 family.

Option 2

Option 2 Monthly Contributions:

  • 2023 - $117 individual, $306 family.
  • 2024 - $125 individual, $327 family.
  • 2025 - $134 individual, $351 family.
  • 2026 - $144 individual, $376 family.
  • 2027 - $153 individual, $402 family.

Option 2 - Annual deductibles for network providers will be:

  • 2023 - $1,700 individual, $3,400 family.
  • 2024 - $1,750 individual, $3,500 family.
  • 2025 - $1,800 individual, $3,600 family.
  • 2026 - $1,850 individual, $3,700 family.
  • 2027 - $1,900 individual, $3,800 family.

Option 2 - Out-of-pocket maximums for network providers will be:

  • 2023 - $7,000 individual, $14,000 family.
  • 2024 - $7,100 individual, $14,200 family.
  • 2025 - $7,200 individual, $14,400 family.
  • 2026 - $7,300 individual, $14,600 family.
  • 2027 - $7,400 individual, $14,800 family.

Option 3 – NEW MEDICAL OPTION

Option 3 - Monthly Contributions:

  • 2023 - Not Available.
  • 2024 - $61 individual, $159 family.
  • 2025 - $68 individual, $179 family.
  • 2026 - $77 individual, $201 family.
  • 2027 - $86 individual, $224 family.

Option 3 - Annual deductibles for network providers will be:

  • 2023 - Not Available.
  • 2024 - $3,075 individual, $6,150 family.
  • 2025 - $3,150 individual, $6,300 family.
  • 2026 - $3,225 individual, $6,450 family.
  • 2027 - $3,300 individual, $8,600 family.

Option 3 - Out-of-pocket maximums for network providers will be:

  • 2023 - Not Available.
  • 2024 - $7,100 individual, $14,200 family.
  • 2025 - $7,200 individual, $14,400 family.
  • 2026 - $7,300 individual, $14,600 family.
  • 2027 - $7,400 individual, $14,800 family.

Dental Benefits

Monthly Contribution Amounts:

2023-2025

Individual = $9.00/Individual+1 = $19/Family = $30.

2026-2027

Individual = $10.00/Individual+1 = $21/Family = $33.

Vision Benefits

Monthly Contribution Amounts:

2023-2025

  • Individual - $3.00/Individual+1 - $7.50/Family - $12.50.

2026-2027

  • Individual - $3.50/Individual+1 - $9.50/Family - $16.00.

 Recognized Holidays As Applicable To The Appendix You Work Under

        Martin Luther King Jr’s Birthday is now added as its own recognized holiday with no loss of other holidays if an option which included MLK

Article 31 Termination and Validity of Agreement

  • Changed to reflect the new contract dates which are 6/26/22-6/26/27

Memorandums

  • Memorandums retained current language, there are no changes other than possible name, date or address changes where appropriate.


Success Sharing

  • We were able to retain the current program where applicable.

AT&T Corp aka Global Services/Data Comm

  • Name and date changes.
  • Effective October 30, 2022 Basic Weekly Wage Rates will be increased by 4.00%.
  • Effective October 29, 2023 Basic Weekly Wage Rates will be increased by 4.00%.
  • Effective October 27, 2024 Basic Weekly Wage Rates will be increased by 2.50%.
  • Total possible wage increase with 10/27/24 COLA is 3.25%.
  • *A potential 10/27/24 Wage COLA increase of up to .75% when combined with the contractual base wage increase that year could equate to a 3.25% wage (maximum) increase in 2024.

Letters

  • Letters retained current language, there are no changes other than possible name, date or address changes where appropriate.

Arbitration Letter

  • Creates a committee to address the arbitration backlog, adds additional options for resolution of cases as the committee continues to evaluate roadblocks, allowing cases to move forward to resolution sooner.
